Retired sails and sailcloth seconds are collected from seaports along California’s rugged coast and paired with vintage horse tack, sourced from ranches across the country, as well as hand-cut latigo saddle leather.
Selected materials are cleaned and restored, and brought together to create distinctive, inherently sustainable products. Each piece of sailcloth tells a story of its former life out on the water and every horse rein is rich with years of care and use. It is this character along with the inherent beauty of the materials that inspires us to search far and wide for the right materials.
